As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet Debbie
Before becoming a broker in 2003, Debbie Perham started a couple of small businesses and worked in the restaurant industry. With a longstanding interest in architecture and the housing market, a career change to the real estate industry was a no-brainer. 15 years later, Debbie loves her work as a broker, helping clients from Everett to Tacoma, Ballard to North Bend.
Debbie is based out of John L. Scott’s South Lake Union office, and lives in Ballard. She is fully dedicated to her clients, available whenever they need her and sharing all of her knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive experience. She is experienced in negotiations, the Puget Sound Market, fixer-uppers and more.
Debbie loves to help people and the real estate industry allows her to work with people that need a home, which makes her work meaningful every day. She does all that she can to help her clients, and has a broad experience selling all types of properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos and even some commercial sales. Her clients often say they appreciate her hard-working and reliable nature.
Spending time with family, sewing, spending time in nature and traveling are a few of Debbie’s interests. One of the most rewarding things she enjoys doing is volunteering. Debbie is the lead organizer of her office’s volunteer dinners at the Ronald McDonald House. She also uses her sewing talents to make quilts for children in need at the Ronald McDonald House, Seattle Children’s Hospital and other organizations.
Seattle
Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
